Aircraft and lead data
The service organizes aircraft registration information published by the Federal Aviation Administration and may allow users to add independently researched business contact information. Public aircraft data is not information we collect directly from the aircraft owner. Users are responsible for confirming information before relying on it or making contact.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, provide searches and lead-management tools, process subscriptions, deliver Concierge leads, support users, moderate Ramp Talk, prevent misuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate important account or billing changes, and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed with service providers that support the product, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication, Google Ads for advertising measurement, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Google’s advertising tag may receive device, browser, page-view, and completed-subscription event information to help us measure whether an advertisement led to a purchase. We do not use enhanced conversions or send customers’ email addresses to Google through this tag. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell users’ personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, billing records, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You can update billing details or cancel a paid subscription through Manage Billing. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through the Support page. Some records may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, security, or law. You can also delete information you added to individual lead records through the product.
Children and changes
The service is intended for business users and not for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service.
