Terms of Service

Aircraft Lead Finder provides aircraft-registration search, lead organization, outreach assistance, community features, and optional Concierge research. Features, limits, and availability vary by plan. We may improve or modify features while preserving the core value of an active paid plan.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Aircraft registration information may come from public FAA records and can be delayed, incomplete, outdated, or withheld. “Verified” means our team reviewed the ownership record and available contact information before delivery; it does not promise that a person will respond, request a quote, or purchase services. You must independently confirm information before acting on it.

Use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-export the service, resell access or data, share an account outside your organization, bypass plan limits, interfere with security, impersonate another person, post unlawful or abusive content, or use information to harass, discriminate, threaten, or invade privacy.

You are solely responsible for your outreach. Before emailing, calling, or texting a lead, confirm that your communication complies with applicable consent, do-not-call, identification, opt-out, advertising, and privacy rules. Generated scripts are starting points and must be reviewed and personalized before use.

Paid plans renew automatically every month until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price shown during checkout, plus applicable taxes. Prices or plan features may change prospectively; we will provide notice when required. Failed payments may cause restricted access or suspension.

You can update your payment method, review invoices, and schedule cancellation through Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. Access continues through that date.

We and our licensors own the service, software, design, and original content. You retain rights in information you add and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and back it up to provide the service. If you submit feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

You are responsible for what you post in Ramp Talk. We may remove content, restrict participation, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect members. Do not post sensitive personal information or confidential information you do not have permission to share.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, lead quality, responses, revenue, or business results. Aircraft Lead Finder is not legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runway Reflections LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time; paid subscriptions must still be canceled through Manage Billing. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction where Runway Reflections LLC is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service. Questions can be submitted through our Support page.
